Knowing Knowing

How do we know what we know? In what ways to we, individually and collectively, gather intel in our lives and move forward? These questions are at the heart of Knowing Knowing, a large-scale multimedium painting series created by Alyse Guenther.​

With what began with over 20 interviews across the country, Guenther culminates diverse reflections on knowing to shape and inspire the seven paintings of this series. Participants are invited to contemplate the intricate, playful, and profound journey of discovering our personal, interpersonal, and universal truths.
